Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal. Consumer iSd. § 13 BGB is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or - if the item is left to you before the deadline - by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations in accordance with Section 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

​The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made products). The buyer is liable for all costs incurred by the seller as a result of the buyer's breach of contract.

Warranty and liability for defects

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability law applies.

The following restrictions and shortened deadlines do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

in case of injury to life, body or health

in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraud

in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations)

as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or

as far as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

Restrictions on entrepreneurs

For entrepreneurs, only our own information and the manufacturer's product descriptions, which were included in the contract, are deemed to be an agreement regarding the quality of the goods; We assume no liability for public statements made by the manufacturer or other advertising statements. For entrepreneurs, the limitation period for claims for defects in newly manufactured items is one year from the transfer of risk.

The statutory limitation periods for the right of recourse according to § 445a BGB remain unaffected.

Return policy for custom-made wigs or hairpieces from KIARIS Hair

1. Right of withdrawal after order completion:
After the contract has been concluded and the deposit has been paid for the specially made wig or hairpieces and extensions, there is a three-day right of withdrawal.

Within this period, the order can be canceled without giving reasons. After this period has expired, the immediate processing process begins and withdrawal from the purchase contract is no longer possible.

2. Improvements after receiving the product:
After receiving the custom-made product, you have the opportunity to inspect the product within 5 days of receiving the product. If the wig, hairpiece or extensions do not meet expectations, up to three touch-ups can be made.

In this case, KIARIS Hair UG bears the costs for these improvements. The time required for the repair is at the discretion of the effort and can vary between 2 to 15 weeks.

3. Exclusion of a right to return money:
It is expressly pointed out that in the case of individually made wigs, hairpieces or extensions, no right to a refund is guaranteed. Any reversal of the purchase contract will only take place through repairs and not through reimbursement of the purchase price.

4. Exceptions:
Exceptions to these provisions require a written agreement between the customer and KIARIS Hair UG.

By concluding the contract, the customer agrees to the return conditions mentioned above.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if necessary, any benefits derived (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return or return the received service and benefits (e.g. usage advantages) or only partially or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation in this respect. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality. “Testing the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a store.

Items that can be sent as parcels must be returned at our expense and risk. For orders outside Germany, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your cancellation declaration or the item, and for us when we receive it.
